How do the configurations differ?
The Essential includes a stainless-steel blade and four guide combs. Premium sets add replacement blade heads. Gift sets add haircutting accessories. Digital configurations have a status display, multiple power settings, and six guide combs. The comparison above shows each setup.
Which guide combs are included?
Essential, Premium, Flagship Gift, and Gold Dragon & Phoenix configurations include 1.5, 2, 3 and 4 mm guides. Digital configurations include 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 mm guides. Use the guides supplied for your configuration.
Can I use it for beard and hairline detailing?
The T-blade collection is intended for hairline touch-ups, beard shaping, sideburns, and detail trimming. Work gently and follow the instructions supplied with your unit.
Does it include a charging cable?
Each listed configuration includes a USB charging cable. A wall adapter is not included in the package list. The listed charging input is 5V; follow your unit’s charging instructions.
How should I clean and maintain it?
Switch the unit off and use the supplied brush to remove hair. Follow the included instructions for lubrication and charging. Do not rinse or submerge the unit unless those instructions explicitly permit it.
When should my order arrive?
Our standard estimate is 1–3 business days for processing plus 3–7 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates and eligible destinations are described in the shipping policy.
Can I return a trimmer?
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Unused change-of-mind returns must meet the conditions in our return policy. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, contact support so we can help.
