Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of senfeihuo.com and purchases placed directly with SENFEIHUO through this website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product information and availability

Product descriptions identify the configuration selected. Blade materials, finishes, and package contents may vary between configurations. Please review the selected item before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear. Product prices are available in USD. Online payment setup is still being completed; customers can browse and build a cart, but checkout is not open until a working payment method is available.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars. The selected product price, any applicable tax, and the total amount due are shown before an order is placed. Standard shipping is free within our stated delivery area. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; we do not charge a separate payment-method surcharge. We do not promise acceptance of a payment method that is not displayed there.

Orders and changes

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for the cancelled item. Contact us promptly for a cancellation or address change; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery, returns, and warranty

Our shipping policy describes eligible destinations and estimated delivery times. Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery under the conditions stated in the return policy. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items is covered by SENFEIHUO. There is no restocking fee. A one-year limited warranty applies to covered manufacturing faults.

Website use and updates

Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or access another person’s account. Website content is provided to help customers understand the products and purchasing process. Updates to these terms apply when published; the terms and policy information presented for your purchase remain relevant to that order.
