Limited Warranty

SENFEIHUO provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, beginning on the original delivery date, for products purchased directly from this website.

What is covered

If your product develops a covered fault during normal use within that year, contact us with your order reference, a description of the issue, and any useful photographs or video. We will assess the problem and, for an approved claim, arrange a repair or replacement. If neither is available, we will offer a refund for the covered product.

What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover normal blade wear or routine maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, improper charging or cleaning, unauthorized modification, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing fault.
