Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders from the United States. This policy explains where we deliver, what shipping costs, and how delivery estimates are calculated.

Delivery area and shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C., with no minimum order value. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States. Availability is checked using your delivery address at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

• Order processing: 1–3 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
• Standard transit: an estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated total: 4–10 business days from order confirmation, combining processing and transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier interruptions, severe weather, holidays, or an address issue may cause delays. We will communicate material delays affecting your order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send available tracking information to the email address provided with your order. If tracking appears delayed or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate.

Address changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address or cancel an order. We will try to help before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible; our return policy explains your options after delivery.

Order totals

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is $0 for eligible destinations. Any applicable taxes and the total payable amount are displayed at checkout before you place an order. We do not add a separate shipping handling fee.
